Shipping & Handling:
Shipping rates for online orders to US destinations will be calculated automatically on checkout according to the rates in the table based on the shipping method you select and include insurance, counter charges, and packaging.
Weaver Leather items: We can not offer express shipping on this item at this time, please allow 10 business days lead time.
Harbor Sweets:
1. Orders are shipped within 2-3 working days of receipt of your order fresh from the factory.
2. All orders to hot weather climates ship via UPS 2 Day Service in Hot Weather packaging
3. Harbor Sweets reserves the right to ship any order via UPS 2 Day in Hot Weather packaging to ensure the safe and satisfactory condition of chocolates upon arrival.
Andrea Corson Jewlery:
The return policy is exchange only within 21 days of receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Oversized Items:
Higher shipping charges may apply to some items (i.e. saddles) due to their weight or special handling considerations. All charges are clearly shown before final checkout.

Made-To-Order Items:
Our made-to-order LVE brand items and other made-to-order items may require 3 - 5 weeks for delivery. Other items may not be available for immediate shipment. A notice will be present on each product page where this is the case.
Return Policy:
Should you be less than fully satisfied with your purchase from La Vie Equestrienne you may send your item back to us for exchange or refund. Returns will be accepted within 14 days from date of receipt. The items must not be worn or damaged and should be accompanied by the packing slip indicating the reason for your return. No returns on sale, custom or monogrammed items.
We strongly recommend that you send your returns back to us, insured via USPS, UPS or FedEx. La Vie Equestrienne will not be responsible for lost or stolen items. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Credits will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned merchandise.
